Thank you for choosing WidgetPet ("WidgetPet: Virtual Pet Game"). Your privacy is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy explains our commitment to transparency and data protection.

1. 100% On-Device Data Storage (Zero External Servers)

WidgetPet is designed from the ground up to operate completely on your device:

• All pet data (including hunger, happiness, energy, pet type, custom name, and evolution progress) is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's official App Group container (UserDefaults).
• We do not operate external servers, databases, or cloud accounts.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, pet interactions, or device identifiers anywhere outside your device.

2. Zero Tracking & No Analytics

• No Third-Party SDKs: WidgetPet contains zero advertising SDKs, zero user tracking libraries, and zero behavioral analytics.
• No Identifiers: We do not collect Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or any advertising identifiers.
• Conforms strictly to Apple's Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) standards with zero tracking declared (NSPrivacyTracking: false).

3. Device Permissions & How They Are Used

WidgetPet requests minimal system capabilities, strictly necessary for core features:

• Local Network & Multipeer Connectivity: Used exclusively for the optional peer-to-peer "Friends" feature, allowing two iPhones physically near each other to exchange pet passports over direct Wi-Fi/Bluetooth signals. No data is transmitted over the public internet.
