Süper Ayıcık does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or device data.

• We do not require accounts, registration, email, or passwords.
• We do not track your location, contacts, photos, or microphone.
• We do not use advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA) or behavioral tracking.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliant)

Protecting young minds is our top priority:

• Süper Ayıcık complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K.
• The game does NOT collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU).
• The game does NOT contain commercial third-party ads or social media feeds.

3. Local Data Storage

All game progress (such as unlocked puzzle levels, in-game coins, and cute bear costumes) is stored strictly locally on your device via Apple’s secure local storage (UserDefaults). No data is ever uploaded to external servers or cloud databases.
